I am Senior Staff UX manager at Google, led and managed a UX team designing and defined cutting-edge AI platforms (Vertex AI) from scratch.  I have guided UX from conceptual design through product implementation, establishing the end-to-end Vertex AI product journey from experimental to general availability launch. My responsibilities include UX team management (hiring, team growth, and fostering UX culture), guiding design direction, establishing the XFN collaboration model, and driving alignment on product scope and priorities, all while advocating for UX and delivering business value.

My team designs and defines both Generative AI and Predictive AI product portfolios, collaborates with Engineering and Product Management to envision product strategy, and shapes product direction. As a result, Vertex AI delivered products that contributed to $XXX Million in AI segments. Our product has driven overall Cloud market growth and has been the flagship product in the Cloud AI Org since its launch.

My approach to UX leadership involves blending deep UX craft with strategic design thinking to create exceptional user experiences. I'm a strong advocate for the user, championing UX within product teams and across the organization.
