Cloud AI Design System
I co-founded the Cloud AI Design System, owning and evolving Design System including design principal, foundations, design guidelines, components and patterns. This Design System backed by FE source code, significantly improving design consistency and development velocity.
It elevates the Cloud AI Product experience by modernizing its visual identity, ensuring consistency across all Platforms, including core product experience, marketing materials, documentation and blog content.
Role & Impact:
Co-funded the initiative of building a AI domain specific design system and library, providing a comprehensive toolkit for consistent and scalable product experience.
Lead the team to establish the Design System from scratch (30+ UI components), it become the UX repository for entire internal team (40+ UX, 500+ Eng and 50+ PM)
Spearheaded the migration of the entire platform from Material Design 1 to Material Design 2, modernizing the user interface.
Instituted scalable design systems and design operations practices, enhancing team efficiency and consistency in product delivery.
